01855.HK announced that the company expects to record a profit after tax of about 35.0 million yuan to 45.0 million yuan for the six months ended June 30, 2023, compared with a loss of about 41.5 million yuan after tax for the same period in 2022.
The change is mainly due to the increase in revenue from construction engineering services following the completion of the acquisition of Jilin Hyundai Zhongqing City Construction Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries in June 2023.
