Gelonghui August 21,German Commercial Investment Services (02270.HK) announced that it is estimated that the group may record a profit of about 133.9 million yuan to 163.7 million yuan in the six months ended June 30, 2023, and 126.0 million yuan in the six months ended June 30, 2022, and the group may record a net profit attributable to shareholders of about 15.9 million yuan to 19.4 million yuan in the six months ended June 30, 2023. The net profit attributable to shareholders for the six months ended June 30, 2022 is about 25.8 million yuan.
Based on the principle of prudence, the Group conducts impairment tests on the carrying amounts of receivables and other payments and makes reasonable provision for impairment, which is expected to have a negative impact on profits in the first half of 2023. As a result, the expected decrease in profits will result in a decrease in net profit attributable to shareholders for the six months ended June 30, 2023.
