Zhitong Financial App News, Pu Tian Foods (01699) announced that Zhu Jianhao has resigned as company secretary and chief financial officer of the company and will no longer act as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the rules governing the listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the authorized representative of the company under part 16 of the companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the laws of Hong Kong. Effective from August 21, 2023.
Feng Nanshan has been appointed as the company secretary of the company and the authorized representative of the company under part 16 of the companies Ordinance, Cap. 622, and the executive director of the company, Mr Choi Chenyang, has been appointed as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the listing rules of the Stock Exchange with effect from 21 August 2023 to fill the vacancy after the resignation of Mr Zhu.
