Planet Graphite (688633.SH) announced on August 21 that in order to improve the efficiency of the use of the raised funds, the company made rational use of some idle funds to raise funds. Under the premise of ensuring that the progress of the raised funds investment project, the normal production and operation of the company and the safety of the funds were not affected, the company carried out cash management of the temporarily idle raised funds within the use limit of no more than 500 million yuan (including capital). For the purchase of investment products with high security, good liquidity and capital preservation requirements (including but not limited to financial products, agreed deposits, notice deposits, structured deposits, time deposits, large certificates of deposit, etc.), within the above quota, the funds can be recycled and rolled, and the term of use is valid within 12 months from the date of deliberation and approval of the board of directors.
