Zhitong Financial APP, Lippo China Resources (00156) issued an announcement that it is expected that the Group may achieve a net fair value gain of approximately HK $29 million from its fair value financial instruments at fair value in the six months ended June 30, 2023, and a fair value loss of HK $23 million for the six months ended June 30, 2022.
The announcement said that the group is expected to make a consolidated loss of about HK $59 million for the current period, compared with a consolidated loss of HK $133 million in the previous period. The decrease in loss was mainly due to the improvement in the Group's food business performance and the change in the net fair value of the above-mentioned financial instruments during the period.
