Peng Shun International (06163) announced that the board of directors granted 19.7 million share options on August 18, 2023. The exercise price of the share options was HK$0.440 per share.
Of these, 9.9 million share options will be granted to directors and group employees, and the remaining 9.8 million share options will be granted to group service providers.
