According to the Zhitong Finance App, New Silk Road Cultural Tourism (00472) announced its results for the six months ended June 30, 2023, with revenue of HK$135 million, a year-on-year decrease of 45.9%; loss attributable to shareholders was HK$12.195 million, narrowed 83.4% year on year; and a basic loss of HK0.38 cents per share.
Earnings for the period fell by 45.9% as the number of apartments delivered to the Australian project fell from 8 units in the same period last year to 1 unit in the first half of the year.
