According to the announcement, the decrease in profit attributable to shareholders during the period was mainly due to the decrease in fair value of investment properties held by one of the Group's associates in California in the United States due to local market factors. as a result, the loss attributable to the associate increased by about HK $130 million during the period, but the Group's holding of the investment property Regent Centre in Hong Kong earned a fair value gain of approximately HK $74 million during the period. Combined with the above factors, the profit attributable to shareholders of the group decreased during the period.
