According to the Zhitong Finance App, Pioneer Environment (03989) announced results for the six months ended June 30, 2023, with revenue of 1,909 billion yuan (RMB, same below), down 22% year on year; parent company owners should account for profit of 150 million yuan, down 44.4% year on year; basic profit of 1.05 points per share.
The decline in net profit due to company owners during the period was mainly due to the fact that construction of some domestic projects had been completed one after another, construction revenue was reduced compared to the same period last year, asset impairment of domestic subsidiaries, and the completion of all of the business sold in New Zealand in September 2022. The profit from discontinued operations was not shared during this review period.
