Gelonghui August 17,Asian Securities property (00271.HK) reported that the group's income for the six-month period ended June 30, 2023 was HK $22.788 million, an increase of about HK $5.998 million or 35.72 per cent over the same period in 2022. The Group's income for the six months ended 30 June 2023 was HK $14.507 million (2022: loss of HK $4.355 million).
The main reasons for the improvement in the Group's financial performance are: (1) an increase in income due to an increase in rental income from investment properties; (2) an increase in the fair value of investment properties; and (3) a decrease in fair value losses on financial assets treated at fair value through profit or loss.
