Zhitong Financial APP News, Maoye International (00848) announced the half-year results of Maoye Commercial (600828.SH) in 2023, with operating income of about 1.763 billion yuan (the same as below), an increase of 4.08 percent over the same period last year; net profit belonging to shareholders of listed companies was about 185 million yuan, up 30.65 percent over the same period last year; and basic earnings per share was 0.1066 yuan.
The announcement said that the increase in net profit was mainly due to the recognition of the income from the demolition of the subsidiary property Railway North Station during the reporting period.
