SF Express REIT (02191) announced its interim results for the year ended June 30. Revenue available for distribution was 117 million yuan (HK$, same below), an increase of 7.1% over the previous year; 14.64 cents per fund unit.
During the period, revenue was 224 million yuan, up 13.2% year on year, and net property revenue was 181 million yuan, up 11.8% year on year. The occupancy rate during the period was 98.2%.
