The Arts Group (01802) has announced that as at the date of this announcement, the company is working closely with Zhonghui Anda to complete the audit for the year ended December 31, 2021 and to implement the audited annual results for the year ended December 31, 2021, therefore, the publication of audited annual results for 2021 will be further delayed. The company expects to publish the audited annual results for 2021 as soon as practicable.
As the audited annual results for 2021 have not yet been finalized and may have a significant impact on the interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2022 and the audited annual results for the year ended 31 December 2022, the publication of interim results for 2022 and audited annual results for 2022 will be delayed pending implementation and publication of audited annual results for 2021. It is expected that the interim results for 2022 and the audited annual results for 2022 will be published shortly after the publication of the audited annual results in 2021 and reviewed by the Company's Audit Committee.
In addition, trading in the company's shares continued to be suspended.
