Dilute magnesium Technology (00601) announced that the debt restructuring plan of Century Sunshine Holdings Limited (00509), the company's ultimate holding company, has been approved by the High Court of Hong Kong. Century Sunshine Holdings Limited applied to the company for a loan of less than HK $10 million to help it pay the professional fees required for debt restructuring.
The company (as lender) and Century Sunshine Holdings Limited (as borrower) entered into a loan agreement on 16 August 2023 for a period of one year from 16 August 2023 to 15 August 2024, pursuant to which the company has agreed to provide a loan of less than HK $10 million to Century Sunshine Holdings Limited.
