Dalian Shengya (600593.SH) announced on August 16th that the company recently learned through public inquiry that the people's Court of Runzhou District of Zhenjiang City will hold a public auction of 15.1% of its shares on Taobao's judicial auction network platform (website: "Zhenjiang Moby Dick"). As of the date of disclosure of this announcement, the company directly holds 29.02% of the equity of Zhenjiang Moby Dick, and 15.1% of Zhenjiang Moby Dick's equity has been auctioned, which is due to the dispute over the capital contribution of the company and the shareholders of Zhenjiang Culture and Tourism Industry Group Co., Ltd. (known as "Zhenjiang Wenlu").
