Gelonghui August 16?Jinhuo Pharmaceutical Group (01110.HK) announced that Jinhuo Pharmaceutical, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, placed an order with the placing agent on August 15, 2023, pursuant to which Jinhuo Pharmaceutical agreed to subscribe for an additional 1.0075 million Taiko shares at a consideration of 338.58 yen per Taiko share (equivalent to about HK $18.35) (accounting for approximately 2.08 per cent of the issued share capital of Taiko Pharmaceutical as of the date of this announcement). Excluding Taiko shares to be issued by Taiko Pharmaceutical under the subscription upon completion, the total consideration is approximately 341 million yen (equivalent to approximately HK $18.489 million).
As at the date of this announcement, the company holds 2.1784 million Taiko shares, accounting for approximately 4.49% of the issued share capital of Taiko Pharmaceutical as at the date of this announcement (excluding Taiko shares to be issued by Taiko Pharmaceutical under the subscription upon completion). Upon completion, when combined with the previous subscription shares, the company will hold a total of 3.1859 million Taiko shares, taking into account the Taiko shares to be issued under the subscription upon completion, accounting for approximately 6.42 per cent of the expanded issued share capital of Taiko Pharmaceutical.
