Gelonghui August 15?Shanghai Silicon Industry (688126.SH) recently received investor research, said that 300mm large silicon wafer, the company has been promoting 300mm semiconductor wafer production capacity construction work. The production and shipments of the first phase of 300000 pieces / month production line are now stable, and the cumulative historical shipments have exceeded 8 million pieces. The production equipment of the second phase of the new 300000 pieces / month production capacity construction project has been moved in one after another since the fourth quarter of 2022, and has now formed an additional production capacity of 70, 000 pieces per month. Through continuous construction, it is estimated that the production capacity of 300mm semiconductor wafers will reach 450000 wafers per month by the end of 2023.
