Gelonghui August 15 丨According to the latest equity disclosure data from the Stock Exchange, on August 8, 2023, Huitao Group (08238.HK) received an increase of 209.84 million shares from UBS Group AG at an average price of HK$0.1195 per share, involving capital of about HK$2,5076 million.
After the increase in holdings, the latest number of shares held by UBS Group AG was 32.416 million shares, and the shareholding ratio increased from 1.84% to 5.21%.
