The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 16.56 million shares to no less than six contractors at an placement price of HK$0.50 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement.
The net proceeds from the placement are approximately HK$8.13 million (approximately HK$0.49 per share placed), which the company intends to use as general working capital.
