Zhitong Financial App News, Weiyang Wine Holdings (08509) issued an announcement that the board of directors referred to the Investment Management Committee established after the listing of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (GEM). Its main functions include, but are not limited to, the following: (I) supervise the investment activities of the company and its subsidiaries; (ii) review the group's investments regularly and report to the board of directors; (iii) set long-term and short-term investment targets. And (iv) review and update investment management policies. As the Group has not had much investment activities since its listing, and the monitoring and risk management related to the supervision of investment activities and other related matters have been entrusted to the Audit Committee of the Company and the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors hereby announces the dissolution of the Investment Management Committee, effective August 14, 2023.
