SIS INT'L (00529.HK): SiS Thai's medium-term net profit of 309 million baht decreased 20.5% year-on-year

Gelonghui August 14?SIS INT'L (00529.HK) announced that its subsidiary SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Company Limited ("SiS Thai") (Thai Exchange Code: SIS), which holds a valid interest of 60.8%, disclosed its unaudited consolidated financial information for the six months ended June 30, 2023 on the website of the Stock Exchange of Thailand. SiS Thai's total revenue for the period was 14.235 billion baht, a decrease of 9 per cent compared with the same period last year. The income attributable to shareholders of SIS Thai was 309 million baht, down 20.5 per cent from a year earlier.
