Suxin Services (02152) announced the proposal to acquire a 100% stake in Suzhou Runjia Engineering Co., Ltd., the target company, through open tender at Suzhou Trading Center. As of the date of this announcement, the public bidding procedure of Suzhou Trading Center has been completed. The group was the winning bidder for the sale of equity, with a final bid price of 4.1908 million yuan.
On August 10, 2023, Suzhou Jinshi Building Development and Management Co., Ltd., a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to acquire 49 per cent and 51 per cent of the target company from Suzhou High-tech Zhitai Innovation and Development Co., Ltd. and Suzhou High-tech Zone Water Co., Ltd., the consideration is 2.0535 million yuan and 2.1373 million yuan respectively.
