Zhitong Financial App News, CHI HO DEV (08423) released results for the three months ended June 30, 2023, the group achieved income of HK $64.358 million, down 23.64% from the same period last year; profit for the period was HK $1.022 million, down 73.79% from the same period last year; and earnings per share were HK0.13 cents.
The announcement said that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the strong recovery of Hong Kong, China since the outbreak in the three months to June 30, 2022, resulting in reduced revenue from renovation and maintenance works, alteration and addition works (RMAA) and decoration works and mixed projects undertaken by the Group.
