According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hongyang Real Estate (01996) announced that the Group's contract sales amount for July 2023 was RMB 2,011 billion, down 29% from the previous year; the sales area was 151,500 square meters; the average sales price was RMB 13,273 per square meter.
From January to July 2023, the Group achieved a cumulative contract sales amount of RMB 15.036 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 33%; a cumulative sales area of 1,077,500 square meters; and an average sales price of RMB 13,954 per square meter.
