Telecom Digital Holdings (06033) announced that on 8 August 2023, CKK Properties Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to sell Hong Kong properties to Tai Yip Investments No.9 Limited for a total consideration of HK $83.2 million. The Group is expected to make a profit of about HK $37.933 million from the sale.
It is learnt that the property is located in loading and unloading areas C4 and C5 and unloading area B, industrial building, Sanxiang Kowloon Bay Freight Centre, 59 Tai Yip Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The group was originally used as one of the warehouses.
