Gelonghui August 7?China Alipay (08325.HK) hereby announces that Xiao Shuming has tendered his resignation as joint company secretary and has ceased to act as the authorized representative (the "authorized representative") of the company under Rule 5.24 of the listing rules of the Stock Exchange GEM (the "authorized representative") with effect from 7 August 2023.
Xiao ShumingAfter resignation, another current joint company secretary of the company, Deng Weiliang, who complies with Rule 5.14 of the GEM listing rules, will continue to serve as the company's only company secretary.
It is further announced that the executive director, Song Xiangping, has been appointed as the authorized representative to succeed him.Xiao ShumingEffective from August 7, 2023.
