Zhitong Financial App News, Rome Yuan Universe Group (08072) issued an announcement that all the conditions for the placement have been met and completed on August 7, 2023. The placing Agent has successfully placed a total of 140.4 million placing shares to not less than six Placees at the placing Price of HK $0.033 per placing share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placing Agreement and the Supplemental Agreement.
The total and net proceeds are HK $4.63 million and approximately HK $4.54 million respectively, and the company intends to use the net proceeds as the general working capital of the Group.
