Zhitong Financial APP News, Zhihaoda Holdings (01707) issued an announcement that compared with an unaudited consolidated net loss of about HK $19.3 million for the six months ended June 30, 2023, the group is expected to make a consolidated net loss of about HK $5.5 million to about HK $7.5 million for the six months ended June 30, 2023.
It is understood that the decrease in the projected net loss is mainly due to the decrease in the impairment loss recognised on other receivables (including material costs, subcontracting expenses and expenses paid on behalf of a joint venture operator) during the period, the impairment loss for the six months ended 30 June 2022 was recognised as a result of financial difficulties encountered by the joint venture operator, which resulted in an impairment loss of approximately HK $13.9 million.
