Zhitong Financial App News, Zhaobangji Real Estate (01660) announced that the English name of the company has been changed from "Zhaobangji Properties Holdings Limited" to "Zhaobangji Lifestyle Holdings Limited" and that it has adopted the Chinese name "Zhaobangji Life Holdings Limited" as its new bilingual foreign language name to replace the existing Chinese name "Zhaobang Base property Holdings Limited".
The proposed change of company name can only be confirmed after the shareholders pass a special resolution at the EGM to approve the proposed change of company name and the Cayman Islands companies Registry approves the proposed change of company name.
