Zhitong Financial App News, Xintian Real Estate Group (00760) issued an announcement that the board of directors recommended a share consolidation, based on the fact that every 20 existing shares of HK $0.004 each in the issued and unissued share capital of the company would be merged into one consolidated share of HK $0.08 each.
As at the date of this announcement, existing shares are traded on the Stock Exchange at the trading unit of 15000 existing shares each. It is proposed that after and subject to the effect of the share consolidation, each trading unit on the Stock Exchange will be changed from 15000 existing shares to 30000 consolidated shares.
