603071.SH announced that the board of directors of the company today received the resignation reports of Chairman Zhong Guodong, Vice Chairman and General Manager Chen Minghui and Director and Deputy General Manager Mao Rongbiao. Due to job adjustment, Mr. Zhong Guodong resigned as director and chairman of the company, chairman of the strategic committee under the board of directors and chairman of the investor relations management committee, and Mr. Chen Minghui resigned as vice chairman and general manager of the company. Mr. Mao Rongbiao resigned as a director, deputy general manager and member of the nomination committee under the board of directors. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the articles of Association, Mr. Zhong Guodong will no longer serve as the legal representative of the company.
