ST Haiyue (600387.SH) announced that the 27th meeting of the Ninth session of the Board of Directors was held on July 31, 2023, and the motion on choosing the opportunity to reduce the remaining shares of Zhejiang Huakang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was reviewed and unanimously adopted, authorizing the chairman to choose the opportunity to reduce all Huakang shares within 6 months from the date of approval of the board of directors. Up to now, the company holds 478500 Huakang shares, accounting for 0.21% of its total share capital.
