Gelonghui July 31Zhiyi Holdings (08100.HK) announced that the Group expects to record a net loss of no more than HK $3 million for the six months ended 30 June 2023, compared with a net profit of approximately HK $450000 in mid-2022.
The expected loss in the medium term of 2023 is mainly due to the combined impact of: (I) the profit of the Group's software business segment is about HK $4.7 million (mid-2022: profit is about HK $11.9 million), and the decrease in profit is mainly due to the decrease in income of the segment due to fierce competition in the software industry; (ii) the Group's securities investment division lost about HK $2.2 million (mid-2022: loss of about HK $3.5 million) (iii) Group Enterprise Management Solutions and IT contract Services Division made a profit of about HK $610000 (mid-2022: profit of about HK $390000); (iv) Group Business-to-Consumer online sales platform and Business-to-Business Product Trading Division lost about HK $30, 000 (mid-2022: loss of about HK $900000) And (v) offset by other corporate expenditure of about HK $5.4 million (mid-2022: about HK $5.8 million).
