According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jinke Co., Ltd. (000656.SZ) announced that the company's first issue of 2020 medium-term notes (bond abbreviation: 20 Jinke Real Estate MTN001, bond code: 102001441) should pay the principal amount of 50 million yuan in installments on January 30, 2023, and this portion of the principal amount for the period from July 30, 2022 (inclusive) to January 30, 2023 (inclusive), and that portion of the principal amount should be paid in installments from July 30, 2022 (inclusive) The corresponding interest for the period from March 30, 2023 (not included) is to be paid in installments of $500 million on April 30, 2023, and the corresponding interest for this portion of the principal amount for the period from July 30, 2022 (inclusive) to April 30, 2023 (not included). The principal amount of 700 million yuan should be paid in installments on July 30, 2023 (inclusive) and the corresponding interest for that portion of the principal amount for the period from July 30, 2022 (inclusive) to July 30, 2023 (not included). As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the company has not paid the principal and interest in full and on time, and the holders' meeting on the rollover of the said bond is still in the process of voting.
