Zhongtian Shunlian plans to discount about 11.11% to issue 90 million shares to purchase shares with a net raise of about HK$35.64 million

Zhongtian Shunlian (00994) announced that on July 28, 2023 (after the stock exchange trading session), the company signed a subscription agreement with the subscriber (Zhongtian Hongxin Investment Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the company). According to this, the subscriber has agreed conditions to subscribe and the company has conditionally agreed to distribute and issue a total of 90 million subscribed shares. The subscription price is HK$0.40 per share, a discount of about 11.11% over the closing price of HK$0.45 per share on July 28, 2023. The total amount of proceeds and net proceeds from the subscription items will be HK$36 million and approximately HK$35.64 million respectively.
