(referred to as "Huaian Chenghua"), participated in the online auction of state-owned construction land use rights of Huaian Natural Resources and Planning Bureau and won the state-owned construction land use right under the serial number 2023GGO22G06.
Huaian Chenhua won the right to the use of state-owned construction land in the 2023GG022G06 plot for 23.6369 million yuan, and signed the "confirmation of online transaction of the right to the use of state-owned construction land" with Huaian Public Resources Trading Center.
