Gelonghui July 28?China Airlines (002928.SZ) announced that it will hold the seventh meeting of the third session of the board of directors on July 28, 2023 to consider and pass the "Bill on the purchase of five CRJ900 aircraft by wholly-owned subsidiaries" The company's wholly-owned subsidiaries Yuntong No.1 (Tianjin) Leasing Co., Ltd., Yuntong No.2 (Tianjin) Leasing Co., Ltd., Yuntong No.3 (Tianjin) Leasing Co., Ltd., Yantong No. 5 (Tianjin) Leasing Co., Ltd., Yantong No. 6 (Tianjin) Leasing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yantong Company") in line with its own business development needs. It is proposed to purchase five CRJ-900 aircraft from World Airlines No. 1 (Tianjin) Leasing Co., Ltd., World Airlines No. 2 (Tianjin) Leasing Co., Ltd., World Airlines No. 3 (Tianjin) Leasing Co., Ltd., and World Airlines No. 5 (Tianjin) Leasing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "World Airlines"). The total import price of the aircraft (including VAT) is about 420.39 million yuan. On the same day, Yantong signed an "aircraft transfer agreement" with World Airlines.
