The announcement said that during the review period, sales of grain commodities with low gross profit levels were significantly adjusted to pre-epidemic levels, while sales of goods with relatively high gross margins, such as snack food, beverages and alcohol, were very stable. this contributed to the improvement of the segment gross profit margin of the retail business this year to 39.3% (2022: 35.2%), an increase of 4.1 percentage points over the previous year. More than offset most of the 15.3% decline in retail segment revenue this year.
