After the Company has made all inquiries which are reasonable in the circumstances, the Board confirmed that it was unaware of: (i) any reason relating to the price and turnover of the share; (ii) any information requiring disclosure to avoid false markets in the Company's securities; or (iii) any insider information subject to disclosure under Section XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong. The Board also confirmed that the Group's business operations remained normal and that there were no significant changes.
