Carina (00126) announced that on July 25, 2023, the company entered into conditional subscription agreements with each of these subscribers.
Accordingly, the subscribers have conditionally agreed to subscribe and the Company has conditionally agreed to issue convertible bonds with a total principal of HK $75.4253 million. The total subscription amount of HK $75.4253 million for the convertible bonds will be offset by the total outstanding principal of the 2021 convertible bonds held by these subscribers on 18 July 2023 respectively.
The subscribers include Chen Ying, Lu Manxue and Chen Jiayan, the notice said.
