Zhitong Financial App News, Oriental Societe Generale Holdings (00430) announced that the Group is expected to make a consolidated pre-tax profit of HK $2.9 million to HK $3.5 million in the first half of 2023, compared with a consolidated pre-tax profit of about HK $6.7 million over the same period last year.
According to the announcement, the decrease in expected profit for the period is mainly due to a decrease in rental income from investment properties and an increase in financing costs caused by rising interest rates.
