Gelonghui (002146.SZ) announced today that it has received a "Agreement for termination of the concerted Action Agreement" issued by its controlling shareholder, Rongsheng Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ronson Holdings"). Rongsheng Holdings and Niu Umbrella assets signed the Agreement of termination of the Agreement of concerted actors on July 18, 2023 to terminate the relationship of concerted action.
After the signing of the termination Agreement of the concerted Actor Agreement, Rongsheng Holdings and other concerted actors held a total of 1941629482 shares of the company, accounting for 44.65% of the total share capital of the company, and Niu Umbrella assets held 192607100 shares of the company, accounting for 4.43% of the total share capital of the company. This change in rights and interests will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers.
