The Group considers these properties to be major business premises and supporting facilities which are necessary or important to the Group's business operations. By entering into the lease offer, the Directors are of the view that the Group will have the right to choose to extend the leases on favourable terms in accordance with the terms of the lease offer, which will stabilize the usability of these properties to support the Group's ongoing business operations.
