Wanjia Union (01762) announced that Mr. Zheng Wei has resigned as a non-executive director in order to focus more on his other work matters with effect from 19 July 2023. After his resignation, he will not hold any other position in the Group.
Yu Dingyi has been appointed as the executive director of the company with effect from July 19, 2023.
