Assuming that the total number of issued shares of the company remains unchanged and the conversion share price of HK $1.09 per share remains unchanged before the exercise of the conversion right by the buyer, a total of 36.6972 million conversion shares will be allotted and issued to the buyer after the full exercise of the conversion rights by the purchaser. it accounts for approximately 6.64% of the issued share capital of the company as at the date of this announcement and about 6.23% of the issued share capital of the company as a result of the allotment and issue of conversion shares.
