Gelonghui July 16?United Group (00373.HK) announced that on July 14, 2023, subsidiaries acquired a total of 208000 shares of Tianan (accounting for approximately 0.01 per cent of the total issued shares of Tianan as at the date of announcement) through floor transactions on the Stock Exchange for a total consideration of approximately HK $832000 (excluding transaction costs), equivalent to approximately HK $4.00 per share.
Prior to this acquisition, the subsidiaries acquired a total of 71.651 million shares of Tianan through floor transactions on the Stock Exchange in the 12 months prior to the date of this acquisition, accounting for approximately 4.89% of the total number of shares issued by Tianan as at the date of announcement. The total consideration is approximately HK $286 million (excluding transaction costs), equivalent to approximately HK $4.00 per share.
