Zhitong Financial APP News, Christine (01210) issued an announcement that Zhu Yongning has applied to the board of directors to resign as an executive director, effective from July 14, 2023.
In addition, Ma Yanhong has been appointed as an Executive Director with effect from 14 July 2023.
Following Zhu Yongning's resignation, the following changes will take place in the composition of the committees of the Board of Directors with effect from 14 July 2023:
(1) nominating Committee of the Board of Directors: Zhu Yongning will no longer serve as a member, and Ma Yanhong will replace Zhu Yongning as a member.
(2) Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors: Zhu Yongning will no longer serve as a member, and Ma Yanhong will replace Zhu Yongning as a member.
(3) Strategy and Investment Committee of the Board of Directors: Zhu Yongning will no longer serve as chairman, and Ma Yanhong will replace Zhu Yongning as chairman.
