Zhitong Financial APP News, far East Hotel Industry (00037) announced that on July 14, 2023, the application has been approved by the Town Planning Board, subject to a number of conditions.
According to the notice, the site area of the application site is about 48313.167 square metres, including about 54 per cent of private lots and 46 per cent of government land. Most of the private lots in the application site (about 69.2% of the land area of the private lot) are wholly or partly owned by the applicant.
The proposed development according to the latest revised master layout plan approved aims to provide a total of 5973 residential units.
The company has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in the shares with effect from 09:00 on 17 July 2023.
