Potential investors intend to invest in the company through debt and equity financing to support the company's electric vehicle charging business.
The agreement does not constitute any legally binding commitment with respect to the potential investment, except that the contracting parties agree to be legally bound by certain confidentiality, exclusivity and termination clauses pursuant to the agreement. A potential investment must be negotiated and formally agreed upon by the relevant contracting parties (if any) before they can be realized.
