Eden Software (01147) announced that Mo Minghui has submitted her resignation as company secretary and ceased to be the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the rules governing the listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with effect from July 11, 2023.
In addition, Peng Hui has been appointed to replace Mo Minghui as the company secretary and authorized representative of the company with effect from 11 July 2023.
